VMWare 2018 Sessions are Online!

September 06, 2018 by Nathaniel Avery in Conferences

While it seemed like everyone on my Twitter timeline was at VMWorld US, I was back at the office trying to keep up.  While I could watch the keynotes and read reactions, the sessions were off limits.

The wait is now over as VMware recently released the session videos online for all to see.  From what I could tell, the videos are available without any form of paywall or barrier to entry.  Other conferences used to make the videos available only to those who paid to attend the conference in person.  But  from wha tI can tell, the videos are free to all.

The link below takes you to the VMworld US 2018 videos.  If you notice closely, there are tabs for prior year videos as well.  The prior year videos go all the way back to 2014.

There are so many videos on the site.  It'll take me quite a long time to get through them.  That said I'm super glad vendors like VMware are making the sessions available to everyone.  Judging by the sheer number of sessions, even if 'd been there in person, I would not have been able to see everything.
